- Location: Beijing

Position Summary

- The role is responsible for the design and/or adaptation of learning solutions with the aim of creating highly impactful and modern learning experiences based on market’s business and people development priorities.
- Bring expertise to Program Directors/Managers to make the best usage of training formats, approaches, technology platforms with a particular focus on initiatives in digital learning, personalized learning, digital literacy, digital instructional design coaching, learning technologies / environments planning / evaluation and deployment (overall driving the new global digital learning channel).

A day in the life of...

- Ensure communication and alignment with GCR market, regional and global IT counterparts to make sure ongoing transparency and alignment on project plans,resources and timelines;
- Align with Learning & Development Technology network to ensure that such technologies and tools are integrated with Learning Management System.
- Provide and design agile & trendy digital learning solutions to ensure the high efficiency of the delivery. Eg. virtual/living class, micro courses;
- Design and build digital development solutions (not only platform) eg: creation of MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses)
- Act as a key influencer in shaping decisions on technology-based learning solutions
- Combine the business priority to create on-line sharing atmosphere and support business to build up learning & development system;
- Execute proof of concepts and e-learning projects leveraging additional resources as needed;
- Manage the execution and technical delivery of technology projects

What will make you successful

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar discipline;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and fluency in English and Mandarin
- 4+ years of relevant, broad IT experience, solid and proven experience in delivering digital learning projects; digital learning initiatives;
- Experience with some of the following: HTML, JavaScript, alternate media development tools, video production and digital Learning technologies /platforms;
- Solid understanding of mobile technology and familiarity with Learning Management System. Experience in Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS) design, implement and sustain in large scale environments is a plus;
- Experienced in managing end-to-end digital project life cycles and leading projects involving multiple stakeholders;
- High level of initiative and able to manage multiple tasks;
- Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability;
