A day in the life of...

INNOVATION / RENOVATION PIPILINE:

Build and document knowledge about latest methods, trends, insights and developments in relevant field of activity.

Propose new ideas/activities/methods

Integrate basic knowledge (or knowledge from other fields) in the interpretation of the results.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

Propose and deliver on-time technical and scientific support in projects

Build knowledge and contribute to business related project activities with initiative.

Present results/methods in written and oral form to interested parties or visitors.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE:

Provide accurate and on-time support to operation with effective and sustainable solutions.

Give operational support to customers, assistance in industrialization start-ups, follow-up product launches, including technical and product improvements.

What will make you successful

Qualification Requirements:

Master / Ph.D Degree level in the related scientific field

Basic knowledge of quality, safety and hygiene requirements

Basic R&D or/and operating/factory experience

First exposure in different project and support activities of the organization

Creative and dedicated as expressed through a passion for innovation in food.

Desire to work abroad in R&D and develop internationally after 2 years.

Excellent English and Mandarin in both written and spoken.
