Deliver Route to Market and sales operation strategies. Ensure the achievement of distributor sell-in/out target. 

工作覆盖范围

  1. Deeply understand channel strategy and Nestle principle. Assist with and contribute to the achievement of distributor sale-in/out target of certain categories by tracking KPIs. Can apply management tools and the distributor standards into daily work.
  2. Provide recommendations and solutions on improvement in distributors' market return, stock level, stock freshness, discount and contract management execution. Design and revise KPI for distributor incentive, based on analysis and discussion with the management and related key stakeholders.
  3. Responsible of managing the products sales scope and quality of certain categories by executing winning RTM strategy, utilizing tools and SOP for execution and TSR management.
  4. Under the assigned categories, responsible for JBP design, signing and achievement tracking.
  5. Implement "One Nestle" strategy, under the new RTM model, executing the projects task to help Nestle group to optimize resource and improve cost efficiency in customer;
  6. Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.

1. 3+ years and above working experience in sales,CCSD,Supply Chain, F&C, data management 
2. Excellent in MS office
3. University degree 
4. Distributor Management and CCSD experience was preferred
