Position Summary

- Line Manager in regulatory leads the team and ensures that the Nestlé Regulatory & Scientific Affairs strategy is consistently implemented in the local organization. He/she Assures with all relevant functions delivery of safe, compliant and attractive products as a key contribution to maintain consumer trust in our brands and services. He/She proactively engages with authorities and associations

A day in the life of...

- Right people in the right job : Attract and develop required competences to deliver upon the regulatory strategic functions (foundation, compliance, I&R, Influencing) in the key market/GMB

- Build a winning, objectives driven team, thinking and acting people first.

- Ensure regulatory team demonstrates right attitude (entrepreneurship and business partnership) while interacting with relevant functions i.e. marketing, Application Groups, QA, nutrition, Legal and Public Affairs

- Systems and workflow : Ensure robust and flawless approval process for consumer communication material.

- Ensure that the team contributes at the right level in associations and in engagement with authorities at national, supranational and international (e.g. CODEX meetings) level.

- Fast and reliable Issue resolution (corrective and preventive processes and actions)

- Effective regulatory contribution in I&R

What will make you successful

- 5 years experience in different positions in Food industry or relevant Trade Associations in regulatory or close to regulatory and product development.

- Demonstrated management results in difficult operational environment with recognized people orientation with capability to lead a team to success.

- Experience in effective networking across the functional boundaries.

- Experience in building and implementing strategy in particular area.

- Recognized solid project management and interrelation skills.
