Position Summary

Responsible for business development and management of Perrier business in Hotel, Restaurant, Café (HoReCa) Channels in Mainland China, within the global framework defined for International Brands.                        

A day in the life of...

Business Development and Planning
•  Develop and lead the business development plan for Perrier in the Horeca Channel
•  Develop and implement customer plans in Horeca Channel 
•  Lead and influence wholesale sales forces to develop sell-out and new listings in Horeca Channel 
              
Visibility & Customer Relationships
•  Build and maintain relationships with key Horeca customers with strong influence in two directions: 1) Perrier visibility in image accounts, 2) sales volume growth
•  Implement trade activation plans according to yearly business planning 
•  Identify and implement best customer practises from markets
•  Implement trade trainings to: 1) Distributor staff 2) Key Horeca customers 3) Internal staff 4) Other business partners 
•  Represent International brand(s) at customer and industry trade events along with other networking opportunities via relevant meetings and seminars   

        
Internal Communication & Alignment

•  Provide and share key customer performance, activations and successes with global and Zone market teams 
•  Ensure alignment with the Global Customer business plans in the Region and Markets"                
 

What will make you successful

• University degree or above
• At least 5 years working experience mostly in sales, premium beverages (wine, spirits, beer, etc) in Horeca Channels with strong connections with key stakeholders in the HoReCa industry
• Good skill in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English both written and oral
• Inter-personal and organizational skills, ability to work in a high-pressure environment 
• Dealing with ambiguity
