A day in the life of Scientific Communication Assistant Manager

Support science communication manager to leverage Purina global pet nutrition science advantage to deepen the communication and strengthen the relationship with stakeholders. These stakeholders include internal stakeholders (associates) and external stakeholders which include (but not limited to) veterinarians, Key Opinion Leaders, NGO’s and pet owners.

The jobholder is responsible for the development and execution of vet communication programs and toolkits for stakeholders to support the sales goals of the business and help drive our brand reputation.

- support and maintain the network with vet KOLs and vet NGOs in line with business priorities
- design and conduct communicating programs with vet stakeholders to increase their awareness of our brand. 
- translate Purina technical materials into vet communication digital contents and toolkits
- provide training support to sales team upon their customer demands from vet channel

What will make you successful

1. Minimum 5 years of working experience, veterinary industry experience is desirable
2. University degree or equal, small animal related education background, vet bachelor’s degree is preferred
3. Good external veterinary and scientific networks
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
5. Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
6. Ability to work independently but also able to function well as a project leader
7. Proactive self-driving working mindset towards achievements. 
8. Pleasant personality with courage of exploration, able to travel frequently
