Develop the new business of senior nutrition including functional food, premium care, nutrition powder and generate strong business results and foundation.

New business Accountability & Commercial Plan Management:
To drive new opportunity in functional food/Nutrition food. Person should know well the environment of these products and channels both offline, online and pharma included some specific if possible (as additional) additional channels (Clinic, retired house, community center). Also should know distribution for these type of products where Senior Nutrition can play a role.
Market Industry Experience:
Be experienced in the big health nutrition/Functional food industry on the business development, operation and negotiation with the new customers(Pharmacy, KAs, senior care house etc.). Know the operation and distribution of the functional food, nutritional powder into the channels.
Commercial Planning and activities Execution:
Be the single point of contact for the new business development, have ownership of the business plan, enforce brand equity building by applying Nestle Way; Contribute to creating long-term strategies for senior nutrition development and implementation. Brand .Lead execution of strategy towards Lead development of Brand annual marketing plans and operational plans. Drive the distribution and business results in new channels.
Major project:
Develop new customers and channels for functional food(Glucosamine MP, Probiotics Protein powder, Premium scientific Milk Powder, and new products);
Negotiate and influence with the customers on commercial plan;
Develop the commercial plan and implementation;
Drive the business results;
What will make you successful
Bachelor's degree above, Minimum 6 years experience in Functional Food Trade Marketing/Commercial development or business management.
Know how to develop the new customers and implement the activations to generate demand; Know how to distribute in new channels.
Be courageous, dynamic, strong ownership. Can work cross functional teams, leading cross functional projects.
