Position: Senior Data Marketing Manager, CRM D2C

BU/FU: Corporate Marketing

Location: Beijing

Position Summary

In 2025 Vision, D2C plays a more central role in our business' go to market strategy.  To create the intended super-premium brand experience through direct to consumer business model, we need to ensure we have a holistic, strategic consumer engagement strategy. 
The purpose of this role is to lead brand-level D2C consumer engagement strategy design and implementation through existing digital assets integration and keeping innovating beyond.

Key Outputs:

CRM/SCRM Strategy and Operation
CRM/SCRM plays an important role to lead the data driven business/marketing. Thus, the role demands a high performing solution design that can directly impact building digital assets, driving partnership, strong data capability and achieving business growth objectives as well as delivering content marketing strategy. Contribute to brand profitable growth by designing and implementing  CRM solutions to engage, retain, upsell &recruit consumers and leverage insight and data.
-- including membership program design/operation, membership benefits, loyalty program, member service & fans-members-users conversions;
-- Plan and deliver CRM/SCRM strategies across the brand encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
-- Consumer Journey Mapping - analyze touch points with the brand and maximize commercial opportunities

 

A day in the life of...

What will make you successful

  • Master or above degree, overseas experience preferred
  • At least 5 years+ experience in CRM&Membership/D2C/digital marketing roles,with both Strategy & Operation background
  • Experienced with multi-channels experience,online/offline/EC is a plus
  • Consumer engagement experience, better with end to end membership operation practice
  • Proven successful private domain operation experience is a plus
  • Strong data capability preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese
