P&L Accountability &PFME Management:
understand the P&L and sense of the drivers at highlevel, have knowledge of business impact of PFME, measuring the ROI of key activities, ensure brand sales volume and profit growth opportunities.
Work with finance for financial forecasting, financial updates and key indicators.
Market Consumer Insight:
Lead on-going analysis of 5C in larger scale of complexity; Briefing agencies and preparation for research; can independently apply researching tools from understanding to generate insight starts to create additional business proposition.
Develop and updates consumer portrait, engages and aligns business partners to ensure the best choice of target consumer for brand building and business development.
Brand Planning and activities Execution:
Be the single point of contact for the brand , have ownership of the brand, enforce brand equity building by applying Nestle Way; deeply understand and activate brand essence;
Contribute to creating long-term strategies for brand .Lead execution of strategy towards tastier and healthier products and packaging; ensuring the product and packing experience is always aligned with brand essence.
Lead development of Brand annual marketing plans and operational plans.
With experience of most aspects of brand management, able to be much accountable to deliver plan to execution flawlessly.
Drive brand performance evaluation and recommend solutions, initiate activities and/or collaborate cross-function to achieve planned targets.
Contributes to development and executes ICP plan ; Help construct MBS
Innovation & Renovation (Idea to launch) :
Participated full idea to launch cycle,
Apply innovation levers, Contribute and execute the innovation pipeline;
Major project:
Run mix campaigns of ATL and BTL, with strengthen social digital aspectss etc. proven independency in leveraging digital for brand growth e.g. Develop the E-business, activation in multiplatform, social media campaign, digital communication
Either maintain Independent project or initiate and assign projects according to plans, applying project management and change management skill and formalizing them.
People influence:
Start in leading alignment and developing relationship among key internal and external stakeholders; motivate and engage the partners to ensure teamwork in achieving stretching objectives;
Have autonomy in several aspects in the role, less day to day guidance needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree above, Minimum 6 Years experience in Marketing or major years of experience in brand/product management/marketing plus other function ideally Sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG
Experience working in cross functional teams, leading cross functional projects
Strong communication skill and stakeholders management skill
Passionate, self-driven
