Position Snapshot

For organizations in scope at NiM, regional or corp business/function, ensure the implementation of Total Rewards Policies and strategies aligned with Corporate HR  and CoC Guidance. May be focused on on sub-section of the organization in scope, or on specific activities (compensation, benefits, total rewards communication, executive compensation...).

Position Summary

- Flawless Execution of Annual C&B Processes in alignment with all partners to the process (Rewards CoS, Regional CoC, NiM CoC)
- External Benchmarking and Design of Competitive Pay Structures.  Raise concerns over competitiveness and recommend approaches to close the gap. Contribute to job matching and salary submission with external survey providers in order to ensure a robust benchmarking process and reliable data.
- Preparation of reports for the KPIs and Statistics related to Total Compensation for the Business to use in problem solving and decision-making.   
- Advises line managers and employees on questions about job grading.  Identifies where positions need their grading to be revisited and provides inputs to China for China CoC on grading requests.     
- Ensure full internal controls in the remuneration area, including ensuring correct accounting treatment of plans, tax/legal compliance, and arranging cross-charges as needed   
- Support markets/sub-sections in effectively tracking costs of Total Rewards per employee   
- Support the maintenance of employee database on SF-SAP for compensation info types.
- Communicates Rewards offerings to maximize employee appreciation and delivers training/orientation with the support of HRBPs to increase understanding

- Manage R/GMBs grandfather compensation program and identify the opportunity to harmonize with NiM program as much as possible.

- Participate in market Survey for GMBs specific industry practice

- Manage sales incentive programs for GMBs based on the competitiveness in specific industry and business situation

- Initiate position evaluation for F and below grade for GMB business

- Proactively work with GMBs HRBP to understand business situation and provide solution from Compensation perspective

What will make you successful
  • University Degree level education or equivalent.
  • Experience in different HR areas of at least 3 to 4 + years’ experience in Human Resources (C&B experience is a must)  in Nestlé or within another FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment law & labor regulations and fiscal aspects affecting total rewards.
  • Solid foundation on Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experience in Employee Cost Management / Budgeting.
  • Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Understand Nestle Orgainzation & Business Principle
  • Better knowledge on Nestle GCR organization set up and business mode
  • High level of learning agility.
  • Could manage and deal with complext matters.
  • Systmatic thinking and good logic.
  • Good communication and interpersonal connections.
