Position Summary

- In full alignment with Corporate Learning and Team Effectiveness, and based on the specificity of the Market, the role is in charge for the (co)design and the implementation of Leadership and Assessment solutions, aimed to develop the right skills and mindset both in leaders and in teams, that will foster an agile, innovative and nimble organization, ready to deliver outstanding business results in a complex and changing environment. 
- The roll out of the local set of development solution will be driven leveraging and adapting (if needed) the global/above the market E2E leadership development cycle and tools, including: 
- Leadership competency framework, 
- Assessment tools / centers, global Leadership learning solutions

A day in the life of...

Assessment Solutions: Lead the roll out of Assessment tools and methodologies

- Establish the assessment tools framework after mapping the internal / external assessment solutions to address the development needs from individual and business
- Provide guidance to HRBP and People on where, when and how to use what assessment tools
- Drive the quality implementation of the various assessment tools, including 360°, development and assessment centers and DISC
- Contribute to the design of assessment tools to support customized talent development program
- Co-design and deliver the team intervention solutions, facilitate the team intervention workshops


Leadership Development Solutions: Design/Develop and execute L&D solutions 
- Ensure the consistency and high quality execution of L&D solutions, both on line and off line
- Monitor the Learning Effectiveness and continuously analyze, review and improve learning solutions
- As facilitator, to deliver training programs of Leadership, Fundamental or functional, either F2F or online


 

What will make you successful

- Bachelor's Degree and above in relevant majors
- Prior successful experience in delivering assessment methodologies
- Experience in building capability plans and in delivering high quality courses
- Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines and consulting skills
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Excellent project managment and presentation skills
- Experience in managing innovation/rennovation projects based on leadership and team development will be advantage
