岗位概要

- To ensure the smooth performance of sales force solutions with lifecycle responsibilities;
- To well support the GCR businesses on new requirement analysis and gap evaluation; 
- To act as project manager for the businesses on sales force related digital solution implementation;
- To well coordinate with vendor(s) and internal parties on contracts and sustain SLA sign-off;
- To define the solution sustain process and ensure it is followed properly by the businesses in a long run.

工作覆盖范围

Smooth Performance of Sales Force Solutions:
- To coordinate with the virtual GCR Sales Force team to keep the updated Sales Force product lifecycle progress on a regular basis;
- To closely work with business to understand the Sales Force solution feedback and identify the continuous improvement aspects;
- To report the Sales Force product solution performance to management team periodically and/or ad-hoc as per required;
- To define the Sales Force sustain process and keep monitoring the process quality with the businesses; 
- To build up good relationship with Sales Force vendors for long-term cooperation with Nestle;
- To organize training to business key users for refreshed Sales Force product solution and continuous improvement.
                
Sales Force Project Implemention:
- To receive the business new Sales Force requirement and propose the most applicable Sales Force product; 
- To analyze the gap of business requirement and the vendor's solution;
- To manage and implement Sales Force project and ensure to go-live on time; 
- To collaborate with project team (both internal and external) and prioritize the solution deliveries with proper risk management;
- To ensure the project handover to sustain smoothly. 
               
Continuous Improvment and Innovation:
- To work with innovative partners to bring in new Sales Force capabilities;
- To identify and recommend improvement opportunities for the business or assosiated partners;
- To work with businesses to identify innovative projects and opportunities that improve the ability to ""win"" in the market place;   
- To conduct industry/competitor analysis, explore new methodologies and visualizations based on business analytics trends from market.   "                

Compliance:  
- To adhere to relevant codes, standards, policies and procedures as well as regulations in accordance with local, regional and corporate requirements in the delivery of performance for business results;  
- To attend regular meetings and trainings to ensure self and subordinates are equipped with good knowledge, skills and understanding of company standard.  Strictly follow company operating procedures;
- To observe corporate policies and constantly ensure that values are living in daily work."

- Rich experience in Sales Force product solutions for FMCG business;
- Minimum 3-5 years experiences in project management/implementation;
- Strong business acumen;
- Demonstrated leadership and strong project management skills; 
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in English
