- Develop category performance of assigned channels & deliver agreed Nestle business objectives/targets

工作覆盖范围

- Define plans & execute activities for relevant channels in line with business targets                
- Lead OMP, drive and monitor the progress                
- Plan, release and control channel and region investment ratio                 
- Develop visibility tools to drive offtake based on shopper insight of respective channels                
- Pre & Post evaluation of activities to ensure ROI                

使您成功的要素

1. More than 3 years in Mktg & Sales + has successfully delivered on KPIs in Horeca channel business.        
2. Demonstrated ability to lead and/or participate in commercial teams        
3. Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field        
4. Had experience in managing a channel/category.
