Position Summary

Provides strategic guidance in prioritizing channels and portfolio; Engages and aligns internal and external business partners / key customers to identify the relevant shopping environment and how it can be leveraged to delight shoppers and improve performance.

A day in the life of...

•    Based on Category & Channel building block,develop New retail business Model
•    Work with brand team & RKA for campaign planning translate into RTM proposal, successfully sell in to RTM and continuously optimize campaign efficiency.
•    Data analysis to better support KAMS/RKAMS on channel business developing.        
•    Lead RTM exclusive campaign or customer-oriented(category campaign/big promotion/cross-over with other brands) marketing activity to deliver sales and brand growth objective.        
•    Help to support RKA team on some key projects following-up                
•    Follow the execution and KPIs update

What will make you successful

•    3 years+ experience in KA/EC Marketing is a must, FMCG industry is a plus;
•    Experience of marketing, both on strategy planning and execution;
•    Experience of independently lead campaign and responsible for execution;
•    Good analytical skills and strategic thinking ability, also good at PPT/Excel/word
