Position Summary

- Manager in regulatory ensures on time registration or 100% compliance. He/she assures delivery of safe, compliant and attractive products as a key contribution to maintain consumer trust in delegated brands and services, together with all relevant functions. He/She proactively engages with authorities and associations.

A day in the life of...

- Ensure regulatory compliance of recipes, raw materials and products, labelling and any kind of product communication by working in close collaboration with marketing, nutritionists, legal and quality department and application groups. Give guidance to relevant networks
- Registration: 
•    Lead IF/FSMP registration projects, develop registration dossiers with local and global cross functional teams incl. factories, ensure on time submission and registration for IF/FSMP products.
•    Advocacy for IF/FSMP registration related regulatory topics.  
- Improve internal regulatory awareness within Nestle (i.e. marketing, Application Groups, QA, Nestle Nutrition, Legal and Public Affairs)
- Participate in industry working groups. Participate in discussion with local authorities on specific issues.
- Effective regulatory contribution in I&R
- Fast and reliable issue resolution (corrective and preventive processes and actions)

What will make you successful

- 4-6 years experience in different positions in Food industry or relevant Trade

- Associations in regulatory or close to regulatory and product development.

- Demonstrated management results in difficult operational environment with recognized people orientation with capability to lead a team to success.

- Experience in effective networking across the functional boundaries. Experience in building and implementing strategy in particular area. Recognized solid project management and interrelation skills.
