2) Leverage Big Data enabled Consumer Analytic capabilities to generate personalized Consumer targeting, Communicaiton, product development Insights and delivery strong eBusiness brand building results in specific Category in eBusiness
3) Develop specific Category activiation plan and Go to Market Strategy to support long term and profitably Category growth to accelerate the increase of market share based on shopper, channel & customer insights"                        
                        
 

工作覆盖范围

"1. Lead Multi Brand ICP & MBP process for E-commerce by identifying the key Issue & Opportunities and develop EC plan by sub-channel by channel;
2. Lead, manage and develop EC business profitably and lead the execution of aligned brand ICP plans and MBP plans;
3. Develop overall investment strategy to support key initiatives, fully accountable for P&L result & investment ROI; "                    "1. Successful development of category speicifc marketing plan and trade plan including clear I/O, strategic initiatives, investments and KPI;
2. Achievement of category specific financial (both topline and bottomline) KPIs and marketing KPI (off-take, market share)"    
"1. Identify key target consumer with online omni-channle big data toolkit, obtain deep consumer insights and amplify with Nestle organization;
2. Create consumer recruitment model based on data & experience (when and where they are most receptive to brand reach) and connect dots into end-to-end  business strategy (combined products / promotion / media / sampling and other tactics);
"                    "1. Cowork with Key Customer(Ali/JD/PDD/Tiktok) and Unimarketing team to run big data based consumer indepth understanding and optimze user recruitment efficiency;
2. Work with customers to co-create data based research modules and drive Nestle influence among key customers;"    
"1. Lead category based consumer engagement strategy including eContent, IP, campaign & content marketing strategy;
2. Guide and monitor the development of key EC tailor made campaigns"                    1. Deliver full year consumer engagment KPI including media, off-take and consumer asset    
"1. Develop category based EC portfolio vision and long-term wining strategies to ensure Nestle competitive advantage to provide right products to right consumers in right channels at right occasions;
2. Leverage Key Customer(Ali/JD) big data to identify I&R opportunities with optimize new product launch plan;
3. Explore new business model to address business challenges & fulfill consumer needs such as Content-Commerce/DTC / O2O"                    "1. Successful launch of aligned annual I&R from ICP and meet launch KPI;
2. Successful launch of EC exclusive new product via C2B / CBEC and meet launch KPI;
3. Successful launch of new model pilot test"    
Responsible for developing and coaching direct reports, ensuring PDP discussions are conducted on time. Make recommendations for inclusion in talent programmes and succession plans as appropriate.                    Retention rate and improved capabilities of key talents.    
 

使您成功的要素

"Minimum 8+ years experience in marketing and 2~3 years in Digital / E-commerce realated marketing areas. 
Experience in Digital or E-commerce Branding building
