Position Summary

- This role leads a team at Zone level driving horizontal RSA projects across category RSA, BU RSA and regional RSA functions.

- Coordinate with CT-RSA and other SBU RSA cascade down compliance, information sharing projects.

- Push cross BU, business teams or factories compliance operations excecusion.

- Driving compliance processes optimization through technical solutions and audit programs.
       
                        
 

A day in the life of...

- Leading all horizontal RSA projects except product registration                
- Set up Compliance review process automation projects and drive adoption                
- Set up RSA related compliance process audit programs and execute audit plan                 
- Take the full responsibility of ZGC administrative tasks, strategic planning, and communication routines                

What will make you successful

- More than 6 year’s project management experience with added score of RSA/Compliance working experience in multi-national companies. 
- Team leader experience for at least 3 years.
- Excellent experience of compliance audit and process continuous improvement.
- Experience of leading compliance tech solutions is a plus.
- Experience in building strategy in particular area.
