Lead the EKA team to deliver agreed objectives / Sales Plans, strategically drive customer market share and business profitabilit.
工作覆盖范围
Lead sales and customer marketing team to develop customer strategy and implement business under Nestle principle,Accountable & Responsible to ensure achievement of agreed sales target/P&L/KPIs and all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into Ecommerce.
Lead JBP and TTT with EKA customers to set up Win-win cooperation model,Lead profitable growth in big customers and satisfy Customers through operation optimization and special project engagement such as omni-channel pilot,value chain optimization,Cross boarder and import business accelaration;
Implement "One Nestle" strategy to fully engage with EKAs, Lead projects and coperate compaigns to help Nestle group to optimize resource and improve cost efficiency in EKA;
Pilot customer marketing strategy in EKAs,Set up Customer marketing work model and capabilities, improve internal and external communication efficiency in the marketing and communication area,Delight the consumers throgh every tough point for the defined oppotunites in CRM/DMP/Digital communication Utilization.
Develop and coach team through deep engaging and demostrate leadership in negotiation, planning and execution;Work as an internal resource owner to optimize the investment in EC big customers, achieve sales target under acceptable profit and under Nestle working guidence;

"• More than 8 years solid sales experience in online/offline key account management;
• Proven leadership of large Ecommerce sales team management and achieve sales target through people;
• Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
• Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions "
