Position Snapshot

Lead a continuous improvement of HR compliance as a competitive advantage for the company.

Position Summary

  • Custodian of our commitment to comply with the local and internal Human Resources compliance Improvement: Under the job holder's supervisor's direction, contribute to define and implement HR Compliances improvement program/initiatives with a Nestlé in the Zone approach.
  • Using CARE as one of the main tools to ensure social compliance across Nestlé activities and to ensure that  the market is compliant with the Corporate Business Principles, the relevant HR Compliance international commitments as well as local laws and regulations
  • Using "Policy on Conditions of Work and Employment" as the guideline to ensure working time and other conditions compliance by advising/supporting/coaching the business units to develop implementation plans, monitor progress on corrective action plans.
  • Using related NCE guideline compliance of Nestle Corporate Business Principles, Employment Relationship, Contract Management as well as Working Time limits to ensure the sites reach the minimum standard and advise the sites to reach higher standards.
  • Using the locally developed "Outsourcing Management Guideline" to ensure the business units and sites to comply with the guideline in a pragmatic way if appropriate and advise the units and sites to make improvement actions with time bound to safe guard the implementation of the related local laws, regulations.
  • Develop and update HR Review tool to check the overall HR operations in each site and help the local HR professionals to identify further improvement opportunities.
  • Assure HRBPs with skills and knowledge on Nestlé policies and HR Compliance (e.g. correct understanding of Nestle Policy on Conditions of Work and Employment, Labor law knowledge, etc.)
  • Internal consultant on HR Compliance and responsible for timely information to the ZGC's HR Committee and Critical Risk Management Committee on HR Compliance matters, under the ownership of his/her supervisor.

What will make you successful

Over a sustained period of minimum 5 years has demonstrated success in working in a diverse working condition environment and HR

- Solid knowledge of Factory Environment
- Experiences in driving change processes and to influence organisational strategy
- A track record of fast identifying HR compliance gaps with problem solving attention, and able to provide sound solution proposals
- Have successful influencing experience even for big and complex company, such as big CSBs
