Managing all aspects of the EC Tmall super business including stratigic and tactical to drive Key account business growth, online market share and business profitability.
工作覆盖范围
Basic understanding on online environment and develop the different business unit sales strategy for Tmall super. Build up Win-win relationship with customer.Lead and Cooperate with internal and external to implement business strategy under Nestle principle.
Accountable & Responsible to ensure achievement of agreed sales target/P&L/KPIs and all relevant organizational goals and implications.
Optimize trade spending(PTE and PFME) in assigned categories, tracking the ROI and continues improve the efficency and effectiveness.
Demonstrate good negotiation, planning and execution skill in Daily operation

"• More than 2 years solid sales experience in online/offline key account management;highly prefer the experience dealing with KA customers
• Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially on business results
• Outstanding communication skills, analytical skills, able to embrance change in FMCG industry
• Strong ownership in daily work"
