To drive business growth of Starbucks at Home and achieve its vision in 5 years- To become the preferred at home brand for coffee lovers and become the 2nd largest Starbucks at Home market following North America.                        
                        
 

工作覆盖范围

Ensure the full ranges of Starbucks CPG launching on time in 2019, via close collaboration with exporting markets, cross function team in China (esp. inter-market supply, legal, regulation, sales, IT), as well as Regional and Global key stakeholders.                
Enforce development and implementation of Starbucks marketing plans including consumer research, digital communication, CRM management, with a special focus on E-Commerce strategy.                
Win the momentum from sales and customer via timely and efficient communication and engagement plan                
Ensure Starbucks new CPG range profitability by successfully planning and execution on cost and investment                 
Works closely with Demand Planning and Supply Planning team to enhance accuracy and improve efficiency and customer/consumer satisfaction rate                
Build and protect Starbucks brand equity through choiceful adaptation and adaptation on global communication core content under a local context.                
Coordinate on China market level on Starbucks innovation projects for 2019-2023                
 

使您成功的要素

"Bachelor's degree above, Minimum 6 Years experience in Marketing or major years of experience in brand/product management/marketing plus other function ideally Sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG;
Experience working in cross functional teams,  leading cross functional projects; international preferred.
