Develop the Category activiation plan and Go to Market Strategy for all E-commerce  Sub-channels to support long term and profitably Category growth in E-commerce to accelerate the increase of market share based on shopper, channel & customer insights

Responsible for Developing the Category development strategy in E-commerce all sub-channels                
Accountable and Responsible for defining channel and category strategies and plans that deliver categories and Channel growth based on consumer, shopper & customer requirements.                 
Accountable and Responsible for category and channel activity plan including new product launch, regular trade promotion and big window activity . Monitor its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness effectiveness of action.                 
Accountable and Responsible for recommending promotional guidelines based on shopper/retailer understanding and current market knowledge. Ensure all promotional investment is properly reviewed and evaluated.                 
Accountable and Responsible for sourcing, updating and communicating to BD and BU latest developments, trends, initiatives and competitive actions within the channel, assessing implications/opportunities for Nestle categories and brands.                 
Accountable & Responsible for driving the ICP process for E-commerce by identifying the key opportunities (incorporating understanding on shoppers, category, customer, competition, sub-channels, and external environment) and develop a commercial activity calendar for the Category and Sub-channels combining with trade and marketing resource                
"Accountable and Responsible for leading the MBP meetings & CDP process :
- Follow CDP and MBP process to provide and review the forecast numbers
- Recommend action plans to close gaps."                
Responsible for ensuring adherence to all company principles and policies.

"- University degree or above      
- At least 4 years experience in EC sales better in FMCG industry. 
- Related experience in E-commerce and Digital is a plus     
- Excellent in oral and written Manderin and English      
- Good at MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint                                                                                             
- Sensitivity of data                                                                                                                                                      - Strong communication, presentation (oral and written) and negotiation skill       
- Strong project Management and analytical & numerical skill      
- Positive and open-minded, tactful but persistent, never give up      
- Take ownership, Positive thinking, high degree of self motivation, enthusiasm, persistent and result orientated      
- Able to work under pressure, dependable      
- Knowledge in E-Commerce dynamics and key processes -  shopping path, shopper behaviour, purchase patterns, logistics, payment etc      
- Marketing principles and terminology, Category Management       
- Good knowledge in E-Commerce platform/channel structure and development especially in FMCG industry
