Position: Culture Navigator

Location: Beijing

Position Summary

In full alignment with Corporate Learning and Team Effectiveness, and based on the specificity of the Market, the role will drive any (co)design and implementation of culture promotion activities in GCR, that foster an agile, innovative and nimble organization, ready to deliver outstanding business results in a complex and changing environment. 
The roll out of the local set of development solutions will be driven leveraging and adapting (if needed) the global/above the market E2E leadership development cycle and tools, including:
Purpose and Values strategy; 
Diversity and Inclusion strategy;
Nestlé & I employee engagement survey

A day in the life of...

Purpose & Values: Design, Implement and execute Purpose & Values related activities.
-Design GCR Purpose & Values yearly plan aimed to make people bring it to life in the Market.
-Drive TRE re-energizing plan as main responsible
-Based on yearly plan, implement both online & offline communication or events to promote Purpose & Values in various occasions at market level;
-Manage TRE Star selection process and awards at market level
-Partner with L&D admin to organize TRE Star trip of different types
-Partner with LGO to maintain Purpose & Values wechat platform and continuously improve user-experience
-Ensure proper tracking, reporting of data and communication, at market levels
-Provide ad-hoc support to BU/FU to help further embed P&V in their daily work


 

What will make you successful

Bachelor's Degree above in business administration, social science or relevant majors
3-5 years experience in HR
Passionate about organization culture topics
Prior experience in culutral innovation projects, diversity & inclusion, employee engagement survery is an advantage  
Proven experience in deployement and delivery of talent solutions, ability to influence talent planning;
Proven track record managing senior leader relationships and ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines.
