Position: Marketing Competency Development Manager

Location: Beijing

Position Summary

Develop and implement capability building programs to enhance and engage whole marketing team of Zone GC. Willing to win, learning agility.

A day in the life of...

  • Design marketing competence framework against global approach and local competition                                                      
  • Apply marketing competence framework for local behavior indicator description with engagement of marketing teams                                                      
  • Design learning program for marketers to win in market according to deeply understanding of marketing competence framework.                                                 
  • Design competence assessment tool for marketing team and regularly generate assessment result which indicate further development plan                               
  • Develop new marketing training contents which rarely rely on global playbook but must have in China market                                                        
  • Adapt global and external marketing training materials for further localization and application                                                   
  • Identify marketing training needs benchmarking top-class organization and generate annual training calendar, deliver training implementation as well.       

What will make you successful

  • 10-15years FMCG marketing experience, passion for training
  • Have experience on consumer marketing field
  • Have experience on capability development
  • Basic knowledge on IT relating E-learning platform
  • Better to have experience of on-site training
