Position Summary

Lead Middle scale EC tailor made digital campaign, Work with external agencies / internal stakeholders (sales, CCSD…) to gain business insight and identify business drivers and barriers.                        
                        

A day in the life of...

"1. Understand target consumer / shoppers needs/unmet needs and insights to guide eBusiness activations for a key category; 
2. Basic understanding of TM/JD consumer centric operation & data tool kits for business analysis"                
"1. Lead tactical to mid scale EC tailor made campaign development; 
2. Support major EC tailor made campaign by leading some key elements such as social plan, premium design and etc…"                
"1. Closely monitor consumer feedback to Nestle portfolio and work with BU to develop improvement actions;
2. Monitor competitor flavor and packing innovation and provide feedback to BU on monthly basis;
3. Understand consumer needs within the segment in which Nestle play and provide inputs on how to optimize Nestle portfolio on EC"

1. Monitor & track PFME spending to ensure spending is inline with ICP financial alignment with BU                

What will make you successful

"Minimum 3~4 years of experience in FMCG marketing; experience in sales/trade marketing function is a plus. 

Experience in Digital marketing or E-commerce Branding building.e
Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams
