Main Purpose of Job                        
• Define data governance standards and process within the organization
• Oversee and lead the implementation of data management goals, standards, practices, process and technologies
• Identify and train key stakeholders in data governance
• Review data governance process
• Lead data governance projects and coordinate different stakeholders to improve data quality

Key Outputs:            
Technology expertise 
• Establish and roll out data governance standard, frameworks, documentation and tools
• Put process in place for alerting data quality issue before large data anomalies are discovered by end user
• Partner and coordinate with analytic team and deliver team for data quality and issue remediation
• Build out an audit process to ensure policies, procedures and metrics are in place for countinousely improving the program
• Involve into data project and provide governance to ensure proposals/projects are adhering to the instance data design.         

Key Experiences:    
• Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, business analytics, mathenatics, econometrics or related education with training on data and analytics
• 5+ years' experince of data governance related roles 
Knowledge and working experience on retail, marketing, CRM or supply Chain
• Experience implementing and managing data governance process and policies
• Deep analytica skills and experience with master data quality tools
•data warehouse, API, ETL process experience, business intelligence and data visualization tool. understanding of data lakes or roduct analytics
