Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive team player with genuine integrity and desire to join the united and winning regional Nestle coffee team that stands behind World’s No.1 Coffee brand success!


You will be responsible for supporting coffee business growth in SEE by developing NESCAFÉ Pure soluble brands (NESCAFÉ Classic/ NESCAFÉ GOLD) in your local markets, building the local strategy and plans, implementing marketing activities, leading regional marketing projects.


A day in the life of Brand Manager Pure Soluble Coffee SEE

Closely cooperate with local commercial teams to build an understanding of local reality in the countries of responsibility, follow-up of the market & category development data, perform consumer / shopper ad hoc research, generate insights for Pure soluble coffee growth.
Develop local strategy behind the brands and the portfolio, in alignment with Zone and regional priorities, prepare plan and organize complex calendar activities per market, communicate effectively with all internal functions and external partners to ensure smooth execution of all brand initiatives within approved budgets.
Actively participate in regular business reviews, supervise local executions, follow up Brand/Product/SKU performance (volume, distribution, pricing, etc.), and build aligned short-term plans to maximize category opportunities based on latest market insights.
Participate in and lead projects for Renovations and Innovations, coordinate with producing factories and all internal functions to ensure excellent projects planning, execution and evaluation.
Lead product design development from brief, coordinate internally (incl. Zone) and externally (factories, their vendors) validations and approvals.
Lead the end-to-end local marketing media process for ATL/BTL/PR marketing activities (ex. Media strategy, media briefings, plans approval, post-evaluation analyses), ensure best-in-class media assets creation and most effective media campaigns through close cooperation with internal functions and external partners.
Manage own brand assets: follow-up performance and develop activities on respective web sites and social media accounts, coordinate digital agencies.
Manage marketing budget by planning and monthly controls to ensure budget investment accuracy, perform post-campaign evaluations to maximize return of investment.
Be the PSC local SPOC by ensuring all marketing and product knowledge transfers and presentations for respective internal (ex. supporting functions, sales, etc.) and external (ex. distributors, agencies, etc.) stakeholders.


What will make you successful?

University degree, preferably Marketing or Business management.
3+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG
Fluent Serbian and English (both written and spoken), excellent MS Office
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proactivity and personal drive, ability to learn and adapt fast to a complex environment
Good analytical skills for developed business sense and insights
Good attention to detail and project management skills
Passion about your brand’s success and team player spirit
