Line Manager: Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a team player, results driven and eager to learn and develop to join our Nestlé Engineering team in Nestlé factory Surčin, Serbia at the position of:

Engineering Specialist (m/f)

The main purpose of this position is to manage the design, implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site and to ensure that the objectives of the investment project charter, design specifications and Nestlé standards are implemented and adhered to.

 A day in life of  Engineering Specialist:

• Ensure your Engineering Competence support the Innovation & Renovation process, maintaining links for new products & technologies with Businesses, Corporate Units and protecting and deploying technological know-how while always supporting processes, product quality and safety.
• Ensure Processes & Equipment in his/her area of Competence are safe for people, products and environment, in line with all corresponding local / Nestlé regulations
• Support and implementation of the corresponding aspects of Nestlé Continuous Excellence/Total Performance Management
• Member of a team who is responsible for all mechanical, electrical and automation equipment as well as for mandatory calibration of equipment
• Participates on corrective maintenance in case of equipment breakdown and preventive maintenance and overhaul work orders
• Participates in making plans for preventive maintenance work orders and overhauls using experience and technical documentation
• Participates in proposing and planning purchasing of spare parts, tools and materials for maintaining machines and equipment
• Maintain and deploy the corresponding Engineering core Competence of your expertise

What will make you successful:

• University degree with technical background, preferably Faculty of Mechanical Engineering
• More then 1 year of experience would be considered as an advantage
• Excellent analytical and statistical skills
• Strong Result Focus, Initiative and Proactive Cooperation
• Advanced user of MS Office package
• Advanced knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
