A day in the life of W360/ITP Intern

• Collaborates with the business and European Nestlé IT department/AMT teams to maintain and improve the IT infrastructure for existing or new business needs or to resolve issues.
• Provides support for all malfunctions of the Nestlé IT infrastructure.
• Installs hardware and provides installation and maintenance services for operating systems on company-owned devices.
• Provides incident resolution and request tracking services through a ticketing system.
• Provides end-user training related to IT systems.
• Ensures the installation of only approved/licensed software

What will make you successful?

• Minimum of high school education
• Preferred minimum experience in the field of information systems and/or IT support for users, or no prior experience.
• Knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written, at an intermediate level is desirable.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Proficient in computer literacy (Windows, MS Office) and personal interest in development in the field of information technology.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Strong social skills.
