Key Account Support Specialist


A day in the life of Key Account Support Specialist

  • Providing administrative support to the Key Account team;
  • Actively participating in the planning, management, and execution of trade activities, contributing to the success of our sales initiatives;
  • Creating and developing reports and analyses based on the needs and inputs from the Key Account team, providing valuable insights for decision-making;
  • Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a seamless flow of information;
  • Ensuring the free and secure flow of critical information, such as prices, new products, and product changes etc., to facilitate efficient operations.


What will make you successful?

  • Ideally, you are people-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • You have attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work, ensuring quality and precision in all tasks.
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficient task completion and effective prioritization.
  • You are advanced user of the MS Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with statistical analysis skills, allowing for the creation of comprehensive reports and presentations.
  • You have advanced knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in sales will be considered an advantage.
