Key Account Support Specialist

 


A day in the life of Key Account Support Specialist

  • Assists to Key Account Manager in achieving sales performances
  • Assists to Key Account Manager in administrative tasks
  • Participates in processes of Trade investments
  • Control corect implementation of activities and rabate in CRM and CIM
  • Makes reports for Total Trade Spendings
  • Assists to Key Account Manager in building and developing relationship with customers
  • Participates in customer data sharing with Key Account team and other departments
  • Makes required reports for Key Account team using Power BI

 

 

What will make you successful?

  • Ideally, you are a proactive person with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • You have attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work, ensuring quality and precision in all tasks.
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficient task completion and effective prioritization.
  • You have strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a international team environment.
  • You are advanced user of the MS Office package.
  • You have good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in sales will be considered an advantage.
