             Maintenance Supervisor(m/f)

 

A day in the life of Maintenance Supervisor:

 

  • Establish and control maintenance routines to ensure that maintenance activities are scheduled and executed in time with high quality
  • Lead implementation of the maintenance methodologies (PM pillar , foundations) across factory
  • Coach and promote breakdown analysis
  • Ensures availability of maintenance resources to implement and execute maintenance routines, methodologies
  • Report and track maintenance budget according to guidelines
  • Analyze over/under spending and put in place corrective actions
  • Create and manage competence building plan for the team
  • Coordinate production support to eliminate quality defects, safety risks and chronic technical issues
  • Responsible to link production and engineering, by being active member of Local committee
  • Lead implementation of applicable standards and ensure adherence to standards

 

 

What will make you successful?

 

  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Engineering Degree/Diploma (e.g. mechanical, electrical) or substantial practical experience in engineering
  • Min 1-2 years experience in engineering management, preferably in FMCG related manufacturing environment
  • Min 1-2 years experience in personnel supervisory
  • Basic knowledge of Assets maintenance
  • Good knowledge of AMM system(SAP PM module)
  • Committed to ensure an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations, in relation to product quality, people or environment safety
  • You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken Intermediate level of MS Office package
