We are looking for a dynamic, proactive team player with genuine integrity and desire to join our Safety, Health and Environment team in Surčin, Belgrade, on the position of

 

                             Safety, Health and Environment Manager (m/f)

 

A day in the life of SHE Manager:

 

  • Implements, controls, maintains and improves factory occupational safety, health and environmental management systems, ensuring legal compliance, as well as preparation of employer documentation in these areas.
  • Supports and delivers coaching to factory and middle management in all aspects of safety, health and environment, promoting personal safety awarenes and driving continuous improvement mindset of zero injuries and incident
  • Promotes caring leadership through creating a culture of care and excellence and drives Safety Leadership at workplace with implementing initiatives for improvement.
  • Leads the development and implementation of Factory SHE strategy, initiatives and improvements
  • Be the contact point for Safety Governance on the site while promotiong safety mindset, discipline and ownership in all user departments of the factory
  • Preparation of risk assessments and related documentation
  • Monitoring and controlling workplace conditions, work equipment, hazardous substances, and personal protective equipment
  • Ensures that inspections of the work environment, equipment and trainings of employees are organized
  • Monitoring workplace injuries and occupational diseases, preparing reports, and proposing preventive measures
  • Cooperates with occupational health services, government authorities, and external security agencies
  • Maintains records and reporting incidents (theft, fraud, safety risks), ensuring that SHE performance data is available and correctly managed
  • Implements and manage safety initiatives amongst contractors and to give it the same priority in terms of Safety and compliance as with Nestle employees
  • Leads and implements Security requirements (both law and Nestle) on location
  • Implements measures of fire prevention, performs the training, implements and organizes periodical examining and cooperates with federal authorities in measures of implementation of fire prevention
  • Implements measures of environmental protection and cooperates with relevant government institutions

 

What will make you successful?

 

  • University degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. Work experience in FMCG industry and factory background will be an advantage
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Passed the exam in accordance with the Law on Occupational Safety and Health
  • You will be appointed person to perform duties in the area of Occupational Health and Safety
