We are looking for a dynamic, proactive team player with genuine integrity, desire to ensure the development, validation, communication and efficient implementation of new or changing items/services to strengthen our  Finance team in Surčin, Belgrade, on the position of:

Senior Factory Controlling Specialist

Main purpose of this position is to ensure that cost of production are recorded, analysed and reported in compliance with Nestle Accounting and Costing Standards, ensuring support to business decisions and performance improvements.

A day in the life of  Senior Factory Controlling Specialist

• Prepare reporting and analysis of variable and fixed manufacturing costs (COGS, Fixed Factory Overhead, Depreciation, Transfer Prices, etc.) through monthly period end closes, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting
• Partner cross-functionally to drive budget ownership and increase financial acumen throughout the organization, using tools such as Budget vs Actuals variance analysis
• Run financials analyses on projects to optimize cost savings or minimize cost aggravations
• Perform monthly analysis of key performance variances and giving insight to respective business/technical/costing controllers
• Actively proposing and finding saving opportunities
• Work on reporting automation and digitalization
• Attend and participate in required I2L/IMS/LLT meetings
• Coach finance & non finance colleagues within organization
• Being a member of Focused Improvement Pillar team & as such working on cost improvements & process optimization
• Organize, coordinate and perform inventory & fixed asset counting processes

What will make you successful?

• Ideally, you are a proactive person with data-driven thinking and result focus
• You have 2-3 years of relevant work experience in controlling or finance and university degree in economy, organizational sciences or similar background
• You are passionate to deliver results and have continuous improvement mindset
• You are excellent with numbers and analytical
• Key NLF Competencies: proactive cooperation, initiative and result focus
• You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken, you are advanced user of MS Office package
