A day in the life of Junior Development Chef

• Analyze external competition, market opportunities, shopper patterns discover opportunities that can be explored through innovation/renovation platform
• Support on I2L Subject Matters and Leads in conducting Ideation and Prototyping Workshops to ensure quick execution for prototyping
• Dehydrated & Wet Product Development and prototype/sample preparation, sensory evaluation to ensure Innovation and Renovation projects and continuity of the pipeline
• Develop and share knowledge & experience through AG, Chefs and Nutrition networks 
• Execute recipe content creation and support fulfilment of having new SKUs meet CMC KPIs
• Support Culinary Food BU with extended support to NHW, RSA, CIMI (60/40) and Communications with collaboration with EMENA manufacturing and Application-Groups
   

What will make you successful

• Relevant work experience in Food and Hospitality field, desirable in Industrial/Manufacturing
• Relevant work experience in preparation cold and hot meals from scratch, defining list of fresh ingredients, method of preparation and serving
• Knowledge and experience with different raw materials (spices, herbs...) and good sensory perception
• Knowledge and experience in different cousins (oriental, European..)
• Strong communication skills, are able to challenge the current status quo and have passion to deliver results
• Openness and curiosity for new  ideas and opportunities
• Knowledge of English language, both written and spoken, you are advanced user of MS Office package
