Position Summary

 

The main purpose of the position is to provide professional support to enforce the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements in order to continuously improve in the pursuit of Quality and Food Safety awareness. 
 

A day in the life of GMP Compliance&System Specialist

 


•    Will be responsible for the implementation and regular updating of the programs related to the quality like GMP/GHP
•    Conduct GMP/GHP Audits, demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
•    Support for internal and external audits
•    Assess all factory related Audit Manuals and crate action plan where needed to ensure that processes are going to be aligned with Nestle standards
•    Check process sustainability with internal audits
•    Assist in the management of Quality documentation
•    Participation in various projects related to Quality and new Product Development
•    Coordinates the training program for the relevant projects in conjunction with key stakeholders (market, LGO)
•    Facilitates process reviews using external&internal audits as well as existing NCE routines to further enhance Quality ownership in all functions
•    CAT process (Uploading results analyses to CAT tool, establish a plan for analysis of the recipes in CAT, review non-compliant results and following actions)
•    Supports the initiative stakeholders to remove blocks and barriers that hinder the implementation of the projects
•    Supports compliance improvements and awareness across the factory
•    Conduct and support Quality auditing and verification
 

What will make you successful

 

Ideally, you are a proactive person with data-driven thinking and result focus
You have 2 or more years of relevant work experience in production environment and university degree preferably from The Faculty of Agriculture or Faculty of Technology
You are able to see the bigger picture beyond the scope of the role
You show openness and curiosity for new  ideas and opportunities
Key NLF Competencies: Result Focus, Proactive Cooperation and Initiative
You have knowledge of English language, both written and spoken, you are advanced user of MS Office package
