About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations at our Bicholim location. The role will be responsible for managing internal and external warehouses, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective warehousing operations while meeting service, quality, and compliance standards.

This is a critical operational role that works closely with supply chain, logistics, factories, customer service, and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external warehouses at Bicholim.
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including:
• Inbound & outbound logistics
• Loading, unloading, storage, and goods movement
• Receipt of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, environment, quality, and security standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using best practices and Lean methodologies.
• Manage warehouse labor, productivity, and performance.
• Lead scrap management and inventory control.
• Handle issue resolution in day-to-day warehouse operations proactively.
• Drive cost optimization and savings initiatives while managing warehousing budgets.
• Collaborate with transportation, customer service, factories, quality, and finance teams to ensure service excellence and freshness of goods.
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse infrastructure, equipment, and security systems.
• Support value stream design and improvement projects within supply chain operations.

Key Skills & Experience

Must-have:

• 4–5 years of experience specifically in warehouse / factory logistics management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills (internal teams & external vendors).
• Proven people management and team handling experience.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Hands-on exposure to FMCG warehousing operations.

Educational Qualifications

• MBA (Tier 1 / Tier 2) with specialization in Supply Chain Management / Operations,
  OR relevant postgraduate qualification in Operations / Logistics.
