Position Summary
You are the expert for Europe when it comes to aseptic bottle filling of infant nutrition and products of Nestlé Health Science. In this responsible position you help us with the flawless introduction of innovation & renovation projects, strengthen our manufacturing performance and defining and implementing standards. You will also have the opportunity to join a strong network of aseptic experts and contribute to its discussions.
A day in the life of...
- By leading or contributing to key innovation & renovation projects you help us ensure excellence in operation.
- In alignment with the specific category’s priorities you provide technical expertise to the European factories, ensure excellence in manufacturing and serve as a subject matter expert.
- You will coach and develop aseptic filling specialists, hence supporting the competence building within the factories in Europe.
- The creation and revision of standards in your area of expertise is among your tasks. Herewith, you deploy your standards in Europe, ensure their implementation in factories and serve as a point of contact for all standard leaders within the region.
- You drive innovation & renovation projects with a focus on aseptic filling. Furthermore, you coordinate renovation and customization projects (including renovation for cost improvement and regulatory compliance).
- Our thrive to maintain the most appropriate sourcing and manufacturing strategy will benefit from your input.
- Last but not least, you will contribute to the activities of the global plastic bottle linear aseptic filling technology platform.
What will make you successful
- After successfully completing your studies in the field of food technology or a comparable qualification, you have gained a deep knowledge of aseptic filling technology in your prior working experience. Additionally, you have a sound understanding of the business environment.
- Your strong communication skills help you to efficiently influence internal (factories and markets) and external stakeholders (incl. suppliers and contractors).
- Your fluency in English helps you to work within cross-functional and international teams. German is necessary. French knowledge would be a plus.
- In your projects, you engage yourself and energize colleagues to reach common objectives.
- Your profile is completed by a structured and open-minded way of working.
