Position Summary

 

We are seeking expressions of interest for a 12month Parental Leave cover position as Regional Inter-Market Supply Coordinator based at the Blayney Factory.

The role is responsible for coordinating Blayney’s Inter‑Market Supply operations to ensure export markets receive products efficiently, consistently, and in line with customer expectations. Working closely with the Factory Export Co‑ordinator, Blayney Logistics, and the Demand and Supply Planning teams, this role oversees the end‑to‑end export process to maintain smooth, timely, and accurate product flow.

A key focus of the position is monitoring factory stock levels, optimising storage utilisation, and ensuring products are allocated correctly across markets while maintaining product freshness. The successful candidate will bring strong supply chain knowledge, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a commitment to reliable customer service. Collaboration across multiple teams and locations is essential to achieving high‑quality service and operational performance.

 

A day in the life

 

  • Partner with Production Planners, Factory Export, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure products are export‑ready and meet market requirements.
  • Develop and manage shipment plans aligned with the agreed supply strategy, ensuring accurate deployment of products to the correct export markets.
  • Lead weekly market review meetings to assess forward supply, share shipment status, and drive agreed actions to maintain customer service levels above 98%.
  • Communicate clear, timely updates to warehouses, freight providers, and export markets to support smooth execution of export activities.
  • Manage shifting priorities during tight supply periods, providing guidance on impacts and supporting effective decision‑making across teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and collaborating with factory, logistics, and market teams to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Own the resolution of export‑related complaints, working with internal and external partners to ensure issues are investigated and closed out effectively.

 

 

What makes you successful

 

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in international logistics, with proven knowledge of import/export processes and documentation.
  • Strong problem‑solving capability, with the ability to analyse issues, evaluate options, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally with internal teams, external partners, and international markets.
  • Experience managing international shipment operations across multiple transport modes (sea, air, road).
  • Understanding of foreign customs regulations and global trade requirements (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to balance long‑term business goals with delivering strong, consistent results for the organisation and its stakeholders
