POSITION SUMMARY

 

As the Facility Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the handling and shipment of all finished products in a safe and efficient manner. You will assign employees to jobs; instruct them in the performance of jobs and familiarize them with company rules and regulations. You will ensure correct reporting of labor and inventory measures and oversee the maintenance of EWM inventory counts. And supervise operations, quality, and maintenance of jug blow molding production inside of the warehouse. 

 

  • Supervise all confirmation of orders and shipment of all finished goods by truck and manage accuracy in loading and receiving through leading and coaching associates.  Achieve dock schedule and manage inventory flow with shippers.
  • Conduct inventories and identify and resolve inventory variances and ensure proper control of out of specification inventory.  Work with associates and staff to ensure high level of accuracy maintained through inventory management. Coach and lead associates in job and inventory execution. 
  • Participate in shift handover meetings (SHO) and logistics daily operations reviews (LDOR).  Coach associates in problem solving and root cause direction, fostering continuous improvement. 
  • Ensure proper use of EWM processes are managed in a safe and efficient manner by associates, maximizing storage and labor efficiencies.  Address picking, receiving and shipping customer orders accurately, efficiently and timely.
  • Supervise production quality, material transfer, production, and maintenance issues related to jug blow molding and coordinate work with maintenance, quality, and operation leads.
  • Maintain safety, quality and labor and housekeeping standards within warehouse operations.  

 

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, transportation, or military environment
  • 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
  • Must be willing to work a 12-hour continuous shift on nights (6pm to 6am)
  • Must be willing to work alternate weekends and holidays

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $50,000 to $82,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
