Position Summary

 

As a Manufacturing Production Coordinator, you will work with moderate supervision to resolve day to day issues relating to Manufacturing, Material Handling, and Financial and Costing teams within the factory to support the collection, entry, and reporting of manufacturing and inventory management functions. You will collaborate with departments to maintain continuity and open communication for continuous improvement of operation processes. Additionally, you will meet all safety, health, quality, and environmental requirements when performing job duties. 

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Works cross functionally with key departments to ensure accurate inventory, including collaboratively working, teaching, coaching, and providing feedback to individuals. 
  • Monitor, review and analyze production process orders to ensure proper flow of materials, investigating variances and/or issues that arise.  Utilizing varying platform systems to accomplish front to end transactions to ensure proper inventory recording. 
  • Analyze and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and safeguarding against out of tolerance critical ingredient usage, usage of expired materials. 
  • Perform reconciliation of daily, weekly, and quarterly inventories as needed to ensure systems accurately reflects proper physical inventory levels.
  • Navigating and understanding various system to resolve any problems that prevent the production operation from operating.  Systems include SAP and other legacy software.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 1+ years of inventory accounting experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment
  • Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule and weekends

 

Other

  • SAP experience is preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

The approximate pay range for this position is $36,000 to $51,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
