POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll help make the world-class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry-level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key. No matter the task, your work helps make sure every item that leaves the line is something we’re proud of.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate and monitor production equipment.
  • Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
  • Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
  • Complete quality checks and record data.
  • Keep your work area clean.
  • Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

 

SKILLS:

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred).
  • Comfortable using computers or tablets.
  • Able to read, write, and understand English.
  • Basic math and mechanical understanding.

Position Summary:

As a Warehouse Operator II, you’ll play a key role in moving, organizing, and tracking materials throughout the warehouse. You’ll operate forklifts and other equipment, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory. You’ll also perform tasks from the Warehouse Operator I role as needed. Your reliability and attention to detail help us deliver the products people love — safely and efficiently.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
  • Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation.
  • Perform cycle counts and update inventory systems.
  • Organize and label warehouse storage areas.
  • Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment.
  • Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow.
  • Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification.
  • Proven experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift.
  • Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
  • Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

 

SKILLS:

  • Comfortable using computers, tablets, and inventory systems.

You’ll verify labels, document processes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You’ll also mentor team members, assist with inventory adjustments, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace. Your attention to detail and leadership help us deliver the products people love — safely and consistently.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Dispense raw materials according to specifications
  • Verify labels and document dispensing processes accurately
  • Load and unload raw materials; report damage or inconsistencies
  • Scale, measure, and sample materials with precision
  • Support overflow tasks and collaborate across departments
  • Assist with inventory adjustments and cycle counts
  • Mentor peers and support a positive team environment
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
  • Enter data using paper forms, computers, or tablets
  • Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

As a Sanitation Technician, you’ll help keep our facility clean, safe, and ready to produce the products people love. You’ll clean equipment, work areas, and common spaces, making sure everything meets safety and quality standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to doing things right help us deliver with care and consistency.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean equipment, tools, and changeover parts using approved methods and materials
  • Wash slats and parts using dishwashers, sinks, or spray hoses
  • Label and store cleaned items to prevent contamination
  • Clean bathrooms, lunchrooms, offices, and other common areas
  • Collect and dispose of garbage throughout the facility
  • Assist with cleaning tasks in packaging or manufacturing areas
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
