Position Summary

Support the Corporate Affairs area in Advocacy processes, corporate communication, corporate value creation while developing and strengthening functional and leadership skills, to contribute to the current and future needs of the organization.

 

A day in the life of...

  • As youngster in corporate affairs you will have the opportunity to develop your functional and leadership skills in the areas of external and internal communication, PR, social projects and human rights with direct contact with area leaders and our allies.
  • Maintain a high level of involvement in their learning and development process, the youngster will be fully responsible for their growth.
  • Show a high willingness to learn “On The Job”.
  • Seek continuous feedback from the environment (360°).
  • Take advantage of frequent feedback sessions with People Managers, HRBPs and Mentors.

 

What will make you successful

  • Professional in social sciences, social communication, journalism, social work, administration, political science and/or related. No previous experience required.
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish (verbal and written fluency). 
  • Availability to travel to any area of the country where we operate.
  • Age range between 18 and 30 years.
