Job Description: 

The Customer Solutions & Claims Supervisor (Medical Nutrition) will provide overall leadership to the Nestle Health Science USA Supply Chain Customer Service team to drive efficiencies and minimize waste and complexities in the O2C process. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional business partners, as well as the Center of Scale (CoS). This is also a People Leader role that will manage direct reports. 

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey, Chicago, Illinois, Long Island, NY and/or Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. 

Responsibilities: 

Leadership

•    Supervise and oversee all activities performed by the Customer Solutions Associates and Specialist within defined Service Level Agreement.
•    Lead the Customer Solutions & Claims team to ensure they provide the highest quality of service to the customers.
•    Provide guidance on exception and escalation handling.
•    Lead team towards a continuous improvement mindset.
•    Oversee target achievements, KPI, PPI and health check attainments of the team and provide guidance for improvements.
 

Business Operations

•    Lead Operational reviews within the team to ensure standards are being met.
•    Participate in cross stream projects to identify continuous improvement opportunities based on problem solving and root cause analysis.
•    Participate in functional and cross functional Operational reviews.
 

People Development

•    Coach and develop direct reports, assess their readiness for new roles and identify individual development plans.
•    Manage performance of direct reports including regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and coaching as needed. 
 

Requirements: 
 

•    High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
•    3-4+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Supply Chain Customer Service, preferably within a Customer Contact Center environment. 
•    1-2+ years of People Leadership experience managing direct reports and leading a team is required. 
•    Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) is required. 
•    Must have excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, presentation and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships). 
•    Must have strong negotiation skills, with the ability to influence Senior Leadership on business decisions. 
•    Must be data driven with a proven ability to analyze and interpret key data. 
•    Ability to lead through change management as a change agent and deliver key business outcomes.  
•    Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision required. 
•    Must be a creative and effective problem solver with solid business orientation and understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes. 
•    Morning, afternoon, evening and some weekend availability is required. 
•    Willing and able to travel up to 5% based on the needs of the team and the business required. 
 

The approximate pay range for this position is $56,000 to $72,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
