POSITION SUMMARY:

The Ecommerce Analyst, Customer Development is essential in building a strong partnership with Nestle Health Science’s key retailers within Ecommerce. The analyst is instrumental in providing actionable insights around specific programs that deliver against our Ecommerce customer priorities.  This position is responsible for providing direct support to our Omnichannel accounts working on the analysis and reporting of Ecomm specific metrics, demand planning, content management, supply chain and marketing directives throughout the internal organization for the assigned categories and Ecommerce retailers.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Customer Development – ECommerce team and its directives by organizing and interpreting various retailer and third party data sources around key consumer, retailer, and industry, identifying meaningful insights, and developing/delivering recommendations for action within Amazon account.
  • Own and optimize weekly ecomm reporting for priority accounts and support team with analysis and insights for regularly scheduled merchant meetings.
  • Leverage data and established guidelines to deliver best-in-class merchandising recommendations at the ECommerce retailer level.
  • Analytical foundations – develop standardized category review templates to help drive actionable insights.
  • Utilize mastery of data tools/national trends to deliver insights to our customers.
  • Assess competitive market activity and provide analytics around risks/opportunities to the NHS portfolio.
  • Own content management and optimizations for key Omni accounts.
  • Advanced Consumer Data (Market Research, Retail Media Analysis, Digital Penetration Opportunities etc).
  • Assist with any research and lead projects to deliver solutions benefiting both the customer and category.
  • Work with our agency partner and internal teams on forecasting while communicating changes that will impact the overall supply chain.
  • Travel up to 10%.
  • Additional tasks as assigned.

 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred but experience would be considered in lieu of a Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years’ of Consumer Packaged Goods experience, preferably FMCG.
  • Minimum 2 years’ of Ecommerce experience is preferable; 84.51 & Power BI preferred.
  • Prior experience working with excel & PowerPoint data required.
  • Prior experience working directly with account teams preferred.

 

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Microsoft Office (very strong Excel/PowerPoint), IRI, Customer and Syndicated Data.
  • Understanding of Content/SEO.
  • Power BI or Tableau experience.
  • Retailer specific data knowledge (Amazon).
  • Ability to build relationships and senior level engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are needed.
  • Problem solver with a solutions oriented mindset.
  • Must be an articulate communicator who can quickly synthesize data.
  • Must work well in a team environment and have a demonstrated ability to operate at all levels within an organization.

 

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, NJ, Chicago, IL, Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Long Island, NY. 

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
