This position is for 3rd shift; Sunday night - Friday morning 11:00pm-7:30am.
Position Summary
As a Lead Sanitation Technician, you’ll help guide the sanitation team to keep our facility clean, safe, and ready for production. You’ll coordinate daily tasks, support training, and ensure all sanitation procedures are followed. Your leadership and attention to detail help us deliver the products people love — with care and consistency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organize and delegate tasks using the Master Sanitation list
-
Clean offices, hallways, break rooms, restrooms, and other work areas
-
Empty trash and restock supplies in common areas
-
Assist with light maintenance and overflow cleaning tasks
-
Train and support sanitation team members
-
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
-
Guide the department in the absence of a Supervisor
-
Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
-
Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
-
High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Prior sanitation experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse required
-
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
-
Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
-
Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
SKILLS:

Comfortable using computers or tablets
-
Able to read, write, and understand English
-
Team-oriented and dependable
-
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Strong attention to detail and communication skills
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $23.65-$24.27. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
