Position Summary

For our NBS Lisbon Source to Play (S2P) department, we are currently looking for a Beverage Systems Procurement Specialist. You will report directly to Source To Pay & Trade Assets Lead and functionally to the Global Procurement Category Managers. You will actively support the Global Beverage Systems Procurement Team by managing the spare parts and providing analytics and compliance for the Beverage system scope. In this role you will collaborate closely with suppliers and category managers, coordinating with quality and legal stakeholders.

A day in the life of...

• Contribute to the Beverage Systems spare parts sourcing strategy with spend analysis and support the Procurement Category Managers in the negotiation process.
• Become the SPOC for internal stakeholders and suppliers related to the Beverage Systems spare parts, including projects and day to day activities.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and contribute to the delivery of cost reduction targets
• Manage Procurement compliance for the Beverage system category (vendor approval, supplier relationship management program, process & documentation, responsible sourcing)
• Manage Procure to Pay activities by initiating processes, coordinate with suppliers and Beverage system Procurement team, and ensure regular follow up and KPI updates
• Collaborate with Category managers for the effective management of supply agreements, establishment of contracts, purchasing records, and blocked invoices.
• Sustain reporting tools using Power BI for the Global Beverage systems Procurement team (spend, SRM, efficiencies)
• Develop and build dashboards for the Category Management (cost, compliance, supplier performance, strategic components)

What will make you successful

•             Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Procurement, Engineering or similar

•           +2 Years’ Experience in Procurement or Analytics

•           Advanced Level of Power BI / Excel with strong analytical skills

•           Intermediate Level of Power Point / Word with good communication skills

•           Advance Level of SAP and Source to Pay process

•           Project Management Skills

•           Advanced Written and Spoken Knowledge of English

•           Autonomous and problem-solving skills

•           Proactive to look for opportunities of improvement in order to meet service expectations
