Position Summary
The Content Hub Steward Specialist supports the use and optimization of the global Content Hub, our global ecosystem platform for managing digital assets and content workflows. In this role you’ll ensure that users follow best practices, maintain high standards for data and content quality, while fostering collaboration with Brand & Communication Managers. The selected candidate will work closely with our brands and business units to implement and execute strategic efforts for the continuous optimization of Content Hub ecosystem and promote user engagement through training and onboarding of new users, ensuring a smooth adoption of platform functionalities and a reliable support for all users.

Deliver tailored training and onboarding for new users, ensuring smooth adoption of platform functionalities for program enhancement

Ensure metadata and asset consistency by performing regular content audits, verifying compliance with established content standards, and maintaining quality
-
Monitor and optimize asset management processes, supporting users with asset research, usage rights usage and queries, leverage support and distribute content seamlessly across multiple platforms
-
Participate in Content Hub governance and development meetings, offering insights, best practices and user feedback
-
Stay updated on Content Hub enhancements, adapting training materials, guidelines and best practices as needed to align with ongoing platform developments

Provide direct support to our internal business partners & community, assisting with platform navigation
-
Manage platform access and security by handling user access requests, permissions, and ensuring compliance with governance policies.

Propose and support system improvements for enhanced user experience
What will make you successful

Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative, with ability and willingness to learn & share his/her knowledge with peers. Always looking for improvement in daily duties and skill levels

Previous experience preparation of training materials and comfortable in delivery presentations sessions to small, medium and large groups is a plus
-
3+ years of experience using and/or managing content in CMS systems/PIMs
-
Previous experience in managing large data sets, building reports to generate insights
-
Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail with solid planning and project management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
-
A customer service mindset and attitude where the work is approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance and resilience, with excellent interpersonal communication skills
-
Great understanding of content ecosystem flows and digital asset management best practices (previous experience is a plus)
-
Good understanding of marketing/advertising workflows and logic
-
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong networks easily

Meeting deliverable requirements, service level measures and specific targets

Ensuring good time management (including down time)

Continuous improvement mindset

Proficiency in English is required (spoken and written
