Position Summary

 

As a Customer Solutions Analyst, you will support multiple customer portfolios and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth Order-to-Cash operations.

 

This role offers broad exposure across customer portfolios and business areas, making it an excellent opportunity for emerging professionals to build a strong foundation in supply chain and customer operations. You will thrive in a dynamic environment that requires adaptability, flexibility, and a strong learning perspective. This position is an existing vacancy.

 

A day in the life

 

    • Manage and optimize Order-to-Cash activities for assigned customer portfolios
    • Resolve demand capture failures and blocked orders through order filtering processes
    • Validate customer deductions and compliance fines
    • Investigate transportation, warehousing, and billing issues within defined service level agreements
    • Review returns and refusals, and ensure proper handling in line with company policies
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve master data issues and pricing exceptions
    • Provide visibility on order status to customers and internal teams, and monitor open orders
    • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities using LEAN and continuous improvement tools
    • Work across different customer portfolios (e.g., retail and multi-channel accounts)
    • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer teams
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives and projects

 

Role Requirements

 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience
    • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues while managing daily priorities
    • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
    • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • Strong learning mindset and curiosity to explore new tools and processes
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
    • Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across functions
    • Resilient and able to manage changing priorities

 

Preferred Skills

 

    • Ability to communicate in English and French is an asset
    • Experience in root cause analysis for order fulfilment issues
    • Exposure to project work or project management
    • Understanding of supply chain principles and processes
    • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
    • Exposure to Power BI, Power Apps, or data tools
    • Interest in automation, AI, or process improvement

Compensation Range: $58,000 – $63,000 CAD + Bonus eligibility
