- Manage work schedules, payroll, and staffing for hourly and salaried non-exempt employees
- Provide coaching, training, development, and administer progressive discipline as needed
- Maintain focus on safety, quality, and productivity performance objectives
- Evaluate daily workload and manage manpower and equipment utilization
- Support KPI tracking, variance investigations, and reporting to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain shift logs, production summaries, overtime, and downtime reports
- Ensure adherence to GMPs and all safety, FDA/USDA, and environmental standards
- Manage warehouse workflow and implement improvement ideas identified by the team
- Provide real-time performance data and reporting to support operational decisions
- Utilize warehouse systems such as SAP, Kronos, Excel, Access, and other tools
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment preferred
- Experience with process improvement (Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen) and change management
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Access, RF systems, and warehouse systems
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and influence others
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Experience with labor standards and data collection/reporting
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Must be able to work any shift, overtime as required, and travel up to 10%
